Sintra – UNESCO World Heritage Site
Departure from the central pick up point at Rossio square in the city centre of Lisboa for a visit to Sintra - considered to be one of the most beautiful villages in the country. In 1995 UNESCO recognized the unique characteristics and classified the whole village as a World Heritage Site. Sintra is located about 30 km from Lisboa on the slopes of the Sintra hill enjoying a micro climate providing a luxurious vegetation where almost anything will grow. We will pay a visit to the Royal Palace and also enjoy some free time to discover the narrow lanes and enchanted gardens and parks. The return trip to Lisboa will take us via the scenic road along the river Tagus to the Lisboa City centre. The tour will end at the Rossio square - the same place as the pick up point.
Transportation in coach escorted in English by official guide.
